Upon entering the HP Forum, this new machine with ie5.0 said "you must enable cookies to use this site" Well I checked tools+internet options+security and under all the cookies are enabled except for restricted sites and they are "prompt" enabled there.. strange. any thoughts. Used this same ie5.0 disc on several machines with no prob.. thanks DrVette

Do you run any other cookie monitors like GuardDog or the like?

try clearing your internet history and cleaning all the cookies out of your system. some times that works for me when I have a site giving me problems http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif
