When I attempted to run a program, I received the following message:

"Cannot find SVM210.DLL Windows needs this file to run C:\America Online 5.0\download\SPANASST.EXE"

Where can I find this file? I am on Windows95 and have a Compaq Presario 9548 if that helps. Thanks!

well that file is not a native windows file, so it has got to be one that probably should have been installed along with whatever the program was that you downloaded. my best recommendation is you can try reinstalling whatever program that is. just out of curiousity, what is that SPANASST.EXE program?

It's a document translator...from Spanish to English and vice versa. Thanks for your assistance.

I don't quite understand why it wouldn't open the program since Windows came preinstalled and should have the available driver in place.

It sounds like you need to reinstall the software for the "translator" That DLL should be installed when you setup that program.
