sound/modem combo card drivers

Has anyone ever heard of this card...

It's a modem/sound combo card? Analog Devices chipset on it. I was able to set up the sound on it, but I am not able to get the modem set up. Can't seem to find the drivers for it.

I don't know about that card, but my first computer had a sound/modem combo in it. The modem died shortly out of warranty and I could not install my own after that. The sound still worked, so it needed to stay.
Had I listened closer I think I'd have a great vocabulary of Chinese profanity after a shop told me they'd install their house modem at no charge if it took more than an hour...
Yes, it was the drivers.
