Ali V & TNT2?

I intend trading in my week old Voodoo 3 3000 for a Creative Labs TNT2 Ultra (the Doodoo 3 was a major let down), but I decided to seek help & advice as I've heard of the compatability problems with Ali V.
If anyone has any reasons for or against this change I'd be glad to here them.
