I have a INSIGNIA D300A. I am getting a limited or no connectivity message. uninstalled the card and restarted. the PC found the card and says that it is working properly. disabled it and installed another card. reboot and still same message. made sure the driver was up to date. no change. checked the cable and getting a good link light. INTEL PRO/100 VE NETWORK & INTEL PRO/100+ SERVER ADAPTER.

Try installing an older version of the NIC driver.

if you keep getting errors with multiple cards, then your tcpip stack may be corrupted. run the winsock fix at the bottom of this link:
