how do I find out my IP address, does it stay the same as long as I use the same phone line?

if you are running W95/98 goto start, then run, then type WINIPCFG. It will stay the same until you log off/back on, assuming you have a dynamic IP, then it will change when you log back on.

If you have a static IP it'll always be the sam, or so I believe.
