Markings on the chips are as follows: "MIRA P2V64S30BTP" "84899C0A-7" Two of the four diagnostic programs I've used seem to indicate that MIRA is Motorola, but I've already checked for that and these chips don't follow the normal labeling standards nor trademarks associated with real Motorola chips. The other two times, the DIMM came up as unidentified. The dealer I got them from last year said that they were Mitsubishi, but the marking are not standard for Mitsubishi either. Here's the SPD dump from the DIMM when it was actually working. This particular one identified it as Motorola.
