Hello all;
Let me simplify...we've been using Norton System Works all this time but I am a bit tired of the problems we have had with Norton anti-virus. I was going to uninstall the anti-virus portion of System Works, and use a different anti-virus, but found that without Norton Anti-virus, the system works options such as clean sweep-smart sweep won't work properly. I have grown to trust these two optional utilities and ease securely the uninstallation of ALL files and such that some programs like to leave behind when you uninstall them. It sure helps to have those two Norton utilities when you get an invasive program on your computer and you wish to wipe pretty much all changes it made to your computer.
My question? Is there another program out there on the free list that can compete with the functionality of those two utilities?
