Need to know how to wipe flash memory and basically just clear it back to how it was issued (factory settings, if possible)

Don't have much detail or any idea what I am doing. lol

Anyone help me out?

Check the Cisco website. Register as a user then search their downloads section for the model. They provide the instructions on how to wipe it back to a factory default setting. It may not be easy to find. I had to dig deep for a model a while back.

u got a cisco console cable? thats the first step

if so then u ll need to connect thru Hyperterminal

once u do that

fairly easy to wipe to factory settings
