Last year when I got verizon internet, I did not use there software. My internet worked and I used my msn web mail.
When clicking on a address link on a web page, it opens up Thunderbird. I set Thunderbird to work with my msn account. When I checked my mail, it asked me for my password to verizon.
Verizon told me I don't have a password. Verizon support told me I had to set up an email account (using there bloated software) in order to make my msn work.
Do I have to set up a verizon email account to use Thunderbird to work with msn? Can I do it without using Verizon software on my computer?
Thank you,
Chris.
