i want upgrade cpu pentium 116 to intel celeron XXXmhz?it work?

no. there are no such things as a socket 7 celeron.

Now depending on the switches, you might be able to go higher.

But the FSB will limit things. Seen a couple old ASUS boards like that that a K6-2 500Mhz cpu with a 88FSB put together.
