Ok, so I checked my drivers, and this is what it shows. Does this mean my AGP is only running at 2x? Could THIS be why I am so slow in R6 Vegas? Or is this just some dumb meaningless thing.

Irrelevant, that. AGP mode only matters when the graphics card doesn't have enough RAM to support your game - and then performance is going to be horrible anyway, no matter what AGP mode.

...Oh...... Well that's weird lol. So does that mean though... That WinXP doesn't even support 8x?? So what's the point of 8x cards?

It's more like that reporting tool isn't reporting things right.
