I'm going to ask this question again from a previous post.
I have a brand new clone. When I turn it on, it says keyboard not found, keyboard error. When I plug the keyboard in, the lights flash so I know it's getting power. I've tried three different keyboards by different manufacturers. Well, I found that my ata 66 cable had a hole in it, so I used the regular ide and hooked it up to ide 1. Now it finds the hard drive, doesn't show the keyboard error, but still it won't work. I reset my cmos, I pulled everything out (modem, nic, sound), and still nothing. I've tried everything people have been suggesting. Cables are plugged in to the right areas. Any help??

Hi thompjo

Truly, the best way to receive replies and hopefully a solution is to not have more than one thread on the same subject.

Having your and others' replies in the same thread is the best way to work it out, as replies won't be scattered about and confusing for everyone, and helps keep track your progress.

Feel free to copy and paste your post ^^ as a reply in your thread, here http://www.sysopt.com/forum/Forum2/HTML/004309.html
