hello
I have a problem with a PC, when it is on for 20 minutes or so it goes to a blue screen and says "an exception OE has occured at 0028:C29202BB in VxD ---,this was called from 0028:C001C194 in VxD NDIS(01) + 000046E0"
does anyone know what I should do??
please help me.

If it happens fairly regularly after a 15-20 minute interval......I'd start by checking for an over-heating problem.
Make sure that your CPU and case fans are functioning properly.

There is an updated NDIS vxd available from M$ that may help. Go here; http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/q243/1/99.asp
and see if this describes the problem, if not, run your system as normal and after about 15 minutes hit ctrl-alt-del and post everything that's in the list here.

edit- it would also be handy to have your system specs. NDIS shouldn't even be loading unless you're connected to a network (other than the WWW!).

You may want to check your display settings to see if this is when it wants to go into screen saver. And check the advanced power managment settings to see if this is when it is set for system standby, to power down the monitor, or the hard drive.
