Use a boot disc with cd rom support on it,the driver is of no use without an OS installed.

what os are you going to install? the cdrom driver will most likely need to be called upon in config.sys, not bios

If you are running win98 and that is what you want to install, go to control panel/add-remove programs and click on the tab startup disk...if not go to http://www.bootdisk.com/
and get one there

You can get a bootdisk here. http://www.bootdisk.com

you need to know what version of win 95 you are putting in ver. "a" or "b". version B you can use FAT 32 and would need to F-disk the hard drive for "large drive support"
version a you are stuck with FAT 16
