IE5 & Mail, Saving old files??? how do I???

I just reformated C drive and saved a copy of all the files. How do I copy old stuff so I can use my old news groups and mail folders??? Help is good and appreciated

Question: What email program are you using?? Is it Microsoft Outlook?? If so, you should have exported the file before you reformatted the HD, it should be saved as a personal folder (*.pst). If you are running outlook, just goto file -->import and export, choose import, and follow on screen instructions. Can't help with the newsgroups, don't know how to do that either.
