DSP Modem Error, Please Help Quick

Hey i got a customer here who is getting:

DSP could Not be uploaded: 1010 Failure Cause #2

She is using a USR 56k Win, From the best i can tell at this point is that it is an ISDN error message.

All The dial up settings are correct, all networking has been reinstalled.

Any Clues on how to fix this one?

Ok the problem went a way but any idea what would cause this to happen?

Perhaps a firmware update/patch/upgrade?

I saw: "DSP Date is the date of the `firmware' that controls the DSP in your modem" here http://consumer.3com.com/winmodem/manual/usrv90w/usrv90w-19.htm

Guessing, but may be something to look at...
