Error msg HELP..

I keep getting an error message relating to msgsrv32, any ideas what this is. It keeps locking up my computer and I have to ctrl,alt,del to continue?

well give us some specs on your system, are you running win95, 98, 98se? at what point does this error message come up? also see if it comes up in safe mode. if it pops up when you first turn the computer on it is more than likely something in your startup group that can be causing a conflict. happens all the time.
