download problem (?proxy server prob?)

i just bought a book about frontpage 2k and it came w/ a trial version of microsoft liquid motion. it is installed from the web. when i try to install it i go through all of the prelim steps then it tries to access the download site and i get this message. "an error occured while trying to contact the server. please make sure you are connected to the internetand that your proxy settings are correct". as far as i know i am not using a proxy server. i am running black ice though. however i can turn off black ice and the problen still persists. any suggestions of idears would be greatly appreciated.

I get that from time to time with my cable modem. Usually I am running low on available resouces..a reboot clears it up. If you also have cable..your server could be intermittently going off line
