proxy settings for bit torrent

hi..i m in a windows nt network...but i cant access bit torrent through it....my proxy settings in firefox is 192.168.1.20 in port 3128 for all protocols....i tried putting this port in all port settings of bit torrent...but its not working...can anyone suggest anything..

It is most likely blocked by your Network Administrator
They do not like the use of Bit Torrent as in a lot of cases,
people are downloading either illegal or copyrighted programs.
Also, it can slow even the best network to a crawl.
