Hi,
I have just purchased an Evergreen 333 upgrade (i.e K6-2 + fan) to speed up my faltering Pentium 133.
I followed the installation guide and flashed the BIOS (from AMI to MR BIOS) and installed the processor. Didn't need to make any adjustments as bus speed was already 66MHz. Now the system seems to bootup OK (can hear memory check) but theres no output to the screen.
Any suggestions? When I replace the original P-133 chip everything seems to be OK (except power light flashing on and off).
I know the chip needs 3.3-3.6 volts to make it work, but I don't know if my mobo is running at that as I don't have the manual to check and BIOS tells me nothing. Stupidly I forgot to note the AMIBIOS number so I can't check online.
The mobo info I have is:
BIOS CHIP: Flash N28F001 BXT120 U63083J1 ('90,'93)
INTEL PCI SET: SB82371SB L6345849 SU093
Any help will be GREATLY appreciated
