the best I can help is if your using a PS2 mouse and a internal modem and have nothe conected to you com ports disable them in bios and windows that will free up 2 IRQ's http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif and your modem should still work if it is a internal http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif
if not just reinable the com it's using http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif
the other thing is switch a few devises to USB ?

With what you have listed you should have PLENTY of IRQ's avaliable. But as Scotter mentioned you can also DISABLE the serial com ports if you are not using them. I would say to check in your BIOS and see if there is a setting on weither or not you are using a PLUG and PLAY OS...Set it to YES. Also if your motherboard has a VIA chipset make sure you have download and installed the "IRQ MINI-PORT" drivers.
