After setting up an identity in Outlook 2003 with folders, calendars, contacts, tasks, etc. I'm finding that almost every time I mail a mssg I have to choose another email address other than the default address to show where it is mailed from. Is there any way to change the name of an identity and/or the default email address that mssgs are sent from? If that's not possible is it possible to copy calendars, contacts, tasks, etc. from this identity to a new identity?
Another option (but I couldn't find how to do this in Outlook) is to assign an email address to a folder within this identity. I'm moving from Pegasus and this is how I handle sending emails. Mssgs sent while viewing my personal folder are sent with my personal email address automatically showing as the from address, mssgs sent while viewing my business folder are automatically sent using my business email as the from address, etc.
Basically it's tedious to have to choose the email address that mssgs are sent from every time I send a mssg (because I rarely want mssgs sent from my personal email address) and I'm looking for some way to streamline this process. If it isn't possible to streamline it then I thought I could change the entire identity to use the email address I use most often as the default email address.
