Having had 9 attempts at installing this software, I am stuck.
Using Windows XP and with Nero and INCD removed, I have tried to ibstall Roxio.
After installation, the spalsh screen starts up and then freezes.
Error Message is InvalidPointer Comm Error 80004003

Can anyone help please? :mad:

What version of Nero?

Nero 7 was uninstalled.

At the moment I seem to be making some progress as I have registered some DLL files and updated my graphics card.
The program is opening at the moment and appears to be functioning.

I will keep you posted.
