I've just started using MS Outlook 2003, moving over from Pegasus Mail. I have dozens of messages that I send out on a regular basis and am trying to figure out what is the best way to store these for easy access.

I'm disappointed with the forms feature as I have to drill down through quite a few menus to find the form I want and once I get to where the form is stored there doesn't seem to be a way to file them so I can find what I want quickly.

My other thoughts are that I could store these mssgs as mail stationary or as drafts that I can store with subfolders to make them easier to find.

I would love some feedback from Outlook users before I spend a day or two setting this up.
