I have a user who is having Outlook problems. He sends messages to a number of people and one in particular (I'm not sure if there are more) doesn't get them. Anyway, I had him turn on the delivery and read confirmation options to see if they were being delivered, etc., and they all are being delivered, but the one particular person that is having problems receiving his emails isn't getting them.
I'm wondering if you've seen this problem and know what to do to fix it. If not, I'll just start at the bottom and work my way up. Thanks.
