I asked this question before, but couldn't get an answer. This company(KTI) makes a new technology SDRAM.It's called "ball grid array".It's supposed to have 40% less internal connection loss and 50% less heat production than TSOP SDRAM(the standard).Only 2 companies are selling it on pricewatch, and their sites don't have much info on it.Nor, can I find any reviews/comparisons anywhere.I've sent e-mails to various sites and they're asking me where did I learn of this? Texas Insturments is part developer of this and that's all I know.KTI doesn't have a website or address that I can find.
If this SDRAM is so efficient,it may be able to OC very easily and at a good price($200 for 128mb).

I forgot to add,I got all the info on this from the TI website. Also, the chips and stick are completely different(except for the slot connectors)than all TSOP SDRAM.I guess since there's only one company making this and RDRAM is in the near future(?),there's not a lot marketing money being spent. However,If this SDRAM is rated at 133mhz and it runs cooler, more efficiently, and is dependable at a good price...it needs to be checked out!
