I know there is a way in 98 to change ICON spacing but cannot find it. They must be set too close because when going into control panel they are almost stacked up on each other. Can move them around but after reboot they are screwed again.

Hey Bleep, no prob. go into 'Control Panel', 'Display', 'Appearance' and go down to where it says 'Item:' just below 'Scheme:'
Now scroll down the list of Items and you will find Horizontal and Vertical Spacing. Pick that and set it to whatever ya want down below.
