Power Color 512mb X1950XT Tests

Sense there really aren't any reviews for this card out yet I have run some tests on the Power Color 512mb X1950XT that I just got.

So far I have run only 3dmark, 2006, 2005, and 2003 at stock speed.

OS is Vista Ultimate.

Cat 7.3 Drivers.

System specs are in my Sig.

I showed my overclocked X1900GT scores for comparison, as you see the stock X1950XT beats the overclocked X1900GT by a very good margin.

It also runs much cooler at 42C vs the X1900GT at 67C at idle and the fan is completely silent even during the tests.

3dmark 2006:

X1900GT @ 650/700 5260

X1950XT @ Stock (628/801) 6029


3dmark 2005:

X1900GT @ 650/700 10,897

X1950XT @ Stock (628/801) 11,880


3dmark 2003:

X1900GT @ 650/700 18,146

Tested F.E.A.R @ 1280x960 Resolution with all game settings at Max.

Just ran a test using FEAR. :)

Tested F.E.A.R @ 1280x960 Resolution with all game settings at Max.

Compared to the X1900GT overclocked to 650/700, scores below.

I ran F.E.A.R again @ 1280x1024 with the below settings in the screen shots.

Settings are Absolute MAX for the game with Soft Shadows and Shadows on totally maxing out the Card. More than I did before and with the X1900GT.

Clock Speeds are 648/846.
