Dave, you should just be able to burn the CD straight from the ISO file. Look for an option "Write CD from image" or something similar in the File menu in EZCD 3.5.... I know there is that option in EZCD 4, and I would assume it's not something new to that version.
Hope this helps!

~Edit for clarification: The program will automatically read the iso file, and will name the CD, and put the files in the right spot on the CD. No need to extract anything beforehand.

would opening it using winimage and then burning that created directory to a cd achieve the same thing

I haven't tried it that way, but I don't see much of a reason why it wouldn't work. Not sure if the CD would be bootable as it would if you did a burn straight from the iso file.

I'm pretty sure the CD would not be bootable, so don't do it that way. All you need to do is find the correct option in your CD burning software. In WinOnCD you use the option "Track Image". Look for something similar.

If you downloaded the *.iso image onto your hard drive AND you have the Adaptec software installed, you just put a CDR in your burner, double click on the *.iso file and let her rip.
