Cisco etherswitch network modules?

Hi guys....need a quickie...lol

are these routable ports??

can i do some no switchport thing on the ports and add an ip address to the ports

for a friend of mine she is trying to terminate 3 adsl links, 1 lease line and 2 isdn on to one router, is that possible

we were lookin at 2851 with some NME-XD modules....just wanted to make sure if incase anybody has been thru such wonderful scenario.

there used to be long time back some ethernet network modules but not sure about these...
