64 bit LAN driver for Abit KV8 Max 3, 3Com 32000?

Hey guys...this is really bugging me.
I have an Abit KV8 Max 3 mobo and am just installing XP pro 64 bit edition. The LAN chip on the board has the 3Com logo and also Marvell.

When I insert the driver disk that comes with the mobo, it tries ti install the 32bit 3Com driver for the 32000 series of NIC.

Have been to the 3Com support site, Abit and Marvell but have not found a driver that works. Tried all drivers from 3Com and Marvell, none are listed on the Abit site.

HELP!!!! Is anyone running one of these boards with the 64bit OS with the on board Lan working?

poked around....you're pretty much hosed. I'd slap a $10-$25 pci nic card in and be done with it.
