I just purchased an LCD monitor, I have a nvidea gforce FX5200 and a View Sonic VA1930wm Monitor and would like to hook up a dvi cable, how big of a difference would there be using DVI? Just curious is it worth buying the cable? LMK thnx

you should have gotten the DVI in the first place. it's subjective, but I can tell that the DVI connection is crisper.

I just got this, I am now investigating it, your killin me man, actually the monitor should come with the cable, even if you need to purchase an adapter.

why didn't you do your research BEFORE you bought the monitor? if the monitor is supposed to come with the cable, what happened to it?

A DVI cable does not come as standard equipment with that monitor. As a side note, I just picked up 3 DVI Gold cables at the local Salvation Army computer store for 6$ each.
