Does Outlook (the versoin that's part of Office 2003) save my e-mails somewhere that I can back them up? The school's getting angry over how much space my mailbox is taking.

You can Export or Archive with Outlook at any time. That's what the Help file is for. Please read it. Steve R Jones 02-21-2007, 05:55 AM Outlook 2003 has a built in backup option. Bill, I actually know someone who randomly had their entire e-mail box of saved e-mails wiped out from Gmail for no reason...so so much for their backups.
