Does Outlook (the versoin that's part of Office 2003) save my e-mails somewhere that I can back them up? The school's getting angry over how much space my mailbox is taking.

Stop using Outlook. Use Gmail or Yahoo mail instead. They keep the mail on *their servers*.

You can Export or Archive with Outlook at any time. That's what the Help file is for. Please read it.

Outlook 2003 has a built in backup option. File->Backup.

Thanks Steve.

Bill, I actually know someone who randomly had their entire e-mail box of saved e-mails wiped out from Gmail for no reason...so so much for their backups.

I use both Gmail and Outlook Express. Great combo.
