What programs would you recommend for a new pc?

So after playing with my new rig for a while and loading as much stuff that i can possibly think of, Im wondering if theres anything that im missing out on.

What I got:
Windows Defender
AOL Anti Virus Shield
Ares p2p Client
3dMark05/06
Ventrilo
Irfan View
Adobe Reader
Alcohol 120%
and thats basically it for regular programs...

Now... what freeware do you have and why? What would you recommend for a new build? Am I missing something.

I also need a cd/dvd burning software.

AOL is not a complete virus program. You need a "real" one.

DO NOT use any normal P2P client. Instead, use BitTorrent. It's much safer.
