Very good price point for the performance, and unless your running at greater than 1280x1024 you probably wont see much of a difference compared to the 640MB version in most apps. The only concern i woudl have is for those of us who have an affinity for HD Texture packs and the like, something like Quarls Oblivion Texture-Mod would probably swamp 320MB of VRAM easily.

If you have a monitor only capable of 1280x1024, that is a very good card. However, If you have a monitor that is capable of anything higher than that, get the 640mb version, or wait until something more powerful comes out.

That card isn't the best for extreme HD gaming, but if you don't need that kind of power, it's an extremely good card.
