Outlook and remove names from “ Global Address List “

We have got exchange server 2003 at work, we use Outlook 2003 as mail client

Now when I try to send an email I am choosing name from the list as show in the link below

http://www.hssd.k12.sd.us/Technology/Outlook/address.htm

Some employees have left the work , how can I remove their name from the list ?

Have you sent the list of the former employees to the IT Manager, or prompted HR to do so?
Having exchange clustered, and you asking this sort of question does smack of a disgruntled employee on the rampage ya know...

They do not mind to remove them.
