I just installed an FIC PA-2013 board running Win 98. I followed the FIC Tech Support instructions to enable the USB ports, but they still won't recognize any peripherals. Has anybody had a similar problem or some advice? I'd appreciate any help...Thanks
Are you sure you have the riser set correctly? That is, are the cables in the right pins?

I believe this is an ATX board so the USB should be on the motherboard. Try going to FICs website and downloading the latest USB patch. You are running WIN98 right? You might also want to check out the FACs on FIC on your motherboard. When you look at System in Control Panel, is the USB root hub there?
If it's not an ATX, you got to be carefull on connecting the usb adapter. Check out the motherboard pinouts an dcompare it to the info at http://www.belkin.com/support/support_index/usb_motherboard_assembly/usb_motherboard_assembly.html
