questions about user accounts

I have setup a fresh xp home install. I updated it with autopatcher and added several power toys and tweaks while in the process.

I only had the default account at that time and now need to add about 3 more user accounts. How do I insure that the registry tweaks automatically end up in the new user accounts?

One example is enableing the "clear type" ability for the accounts. I want all accounts to use clear type since they use a flat panel display, but I dont want to have to set it and all of the other tweaks manually for each account.

Is this possible?

you'd have to tweak each new account or - link here (http://windowsxp.mvps.org/dupprofile.htm) - to duplicate your user accounts - the tweaks apply only to the admin account you setup - specifically because usual case users like their own setup

There are ways to copy the admin account to other users, but it takes many steps and one wrong move and you start over. It isn't fun.
