OMG...

This morning, it was -6'F, but with windchill -16'F. Most schools were closed due to the great cold, every school but mine.

We we're closed yesterday, but most of the schools in my county closed again because of the cold. Well, mine wasn't.

I went outside to wait, and it was baaaaad, the temps were definitly wrong, I took a breath, and it fogged up my glasses and that froze instantly.

Scene is set....

So I wait for the bus. I wait for 10 minutes after the set time that the bus is supposed to show up, doesn't show.

I go inside. 30 seconds later, it flys right on bye! :rolleyes: So, now I'm pissed becuase he didn't even bother to stop. It should have seemed obvious to the driver that I wasn't about to freeze out there to wait for it, but rather, I was going to wait where it was warm.

Now I have to waste another out day because I missed the bus, and even worse, it isn't even my fault! I didn't have a chance to catch the d*** thing! :mad:

You all just watch, they'll close tomarrow. :rolleyes: :x

Uhhh, next time you are waiting for the bus and get that cold.....Stick your tongue on the mailbox. It really has a warming effect. You won't even notice how cold it is out. ;) :D

We have a P.O. Box. The post office is 10 feet from the side of our house.

Most likely, they would freak out as it would be a loss of money for them.

Here in the state of Michigan in the US, each student in the public school equals $5,000 (not sure about in your currency, sorry), so decline enrollment means alot to schools.

I need a new alarm clock. I woke up and it said I was 10 minutes late for the buses arrival. Well, I went to tell my dad, and he said my alarm clock was a half hour fast.

So, I still only had 5 minutes, so I rushed to get together, and got outside. I stepped out the door when the bus went by.

I checked my alarm time, and it was all garbled, so my clock ain't good anymore.

I only had a half-day today, so I don't mind, and I really didn't feel to good either, so I don't mind on that note.
