restoring a vbulletin database

could anyone please advise how to restore a 38meg vb3.6.4 database as i am changing servers as the last one has crashed and will not reply to mails, i have new hosting, have installed the bacic vbulletin software but now need to restore the DB , mysql says i can only upload a 2 meg db

any ideas?

I don't think you made a backup of your last DB. Backup are not 38megs. Maybe 1 at the most. I don't know how you backed it up but lets hope you still have the other forum.
