My current build. Opinions?

Working on a new rig and I thought I would get some opinions.

I got a super deal on an E6300, DG965WH MOBO, and Vista ($220) from work, so I thought I would use it. Not the greatest MOBO, but hey..

E6300
DG965WH
2x 1GB DDR2 6400
2x 160GB Seagate SATA2 (eventually 4)
X1950 XTX
SB X-Fi Plat
Pioneer DVD/RW
500W PSU

For gaming, I plan on running a DVI cable down into my den, using a DVI to HDMI cable and hooking it up to my new Mitsu 57" 1080P tele using a BlueTooth Keyboard and Mouse.

I have everything so far but the video & sound cards.

Any opinions/recommendations?

Definately good for day to day gaming. OC that Conroe! :D

I had planned on it, but I was under the impression that the DG965WH Moboard isnt conducive to OC'ing. No one really gave me a reason, its just one of those things I "heard."

Think OC the 6300 is fine with that intel MOBO?
