What is the difference between ram that has pins on all 4 sides connecting it to a vid. card and ram that only has pins on 2 sides connecting it to the vid. card

This might sound vague, but different board manufacturers could easily implement either without any significant problem with the same graphics chipset. Most newer cards have the four sided arrangement becuase of the sdram interface. It could easilt change for edo dram, v-ram, w-ram, etc.....

Also, if you insist on using that link as a type of signature, you need to space it below the message. The way it is now, one would think that the link has something to do with your question. I really don't care, but when some members click the link, and they get a "net money" type page, they'll flame you.
