I am trying to find the easiest way to attach images to my e-mails.

My O/S is XP SP2, and I am using the latest (Beta) version of MSN for my mail.

According to Microsoft, I am supposed to go to the "My Pictures" folder, click on the image, then in the left pane, click on "E-mail this file".

After I do this, the procedure seems to be working because the "Send Pictures via E-mail" dialog box appears.

However, after I resize my images and click OK to close the box, nothing happens.

My understanding is that at this point, Windows will open my default (MSN) e-mail program.

I am connected to the Internet when I try this, so I am not sure what is causing this issue.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

MSN Explorer is for novices. Switch to Outlook Express and all will become easy.

I agee with you.

However, I'm on Netscape Dial-Up, and when I tried using Outlook years ago (It was my first choice), I was unable to Logon.

I contacted Netscape's support staff, and they walked me through the setup process, but nothing worked.

I even tried Thunderbird, to no avail, so I went with MSN.

Even though it is for novices, I just need to know the easiest way to attach and properly size images for e-mails.

Thanks.

But we're not novices and I'd bet good money that no regular member uses MSN and that fewer know what you're asking.

Since you have to pay to use it, your chances get even slimmer.

Well, I'm happy to report that I am now using Outlook Express.

I uninstalled and reinstalled OE, then phoned Netscape's help desk. The support was quick, friendly and professional.

Thanks for the help. :)
