Topic ^^. I can't host on Xbox 360 (or anything for that matter). I have Norton Internet Security AND a linksys router. I'm not sure which is blocking my ports and which ports it's blocking and how to unblock them. Can someone please help? I do know my IP address but not the one of the 360 or are they the same? My computer IP is 65.189.200.169 from whatismyip.com Anyone have an idea of how I can host / what I need to do. The router is connected to the 360 and 2 computers (the first has Norton Internet Security and my 2nd computer has BitDefender which could also be blocking ports). Can anyone help please?

the two pc's aren't blocking anything from your 360, unless you have them set up as a network firewall, which it doesn't sound like you do. Your issues lie between the 360, the linksys router, and the isp.
Have you read the manual from Xbox to properly configure the 360 through a router? Ports opened/forwarded, etc?
Go through both manuals for the 360 and router. Then go to each device's website and run through their FAQ's and support forums. You're best served there, as the majority of the users here game via PC.

Check and see if you have NAT turned on, this causes problems when hosting on the 360. try the link below.
