Question 1: What is RNAAPP in the Systray? Is it related to dial-up networking (ie. when you dial up to the Internet or use your modem)? I originally thought it was for my Software modem but since I switched to a new one, I am not too sure.

Question 2: How does one know that they have a Hardware modem? For example, for the USR winmodem, the modem software is loaded in the systray. But I have had the Diamond Supra Max (Software modem) and an ACER ISA (FM56-ITU/2). Both seem to not load the modem software on the systray.

Question 3: Any reliable(and free http://www.sysopt.com/forum/wink.gif)DUN optimizing programs out there?

Thanks and have a great new year!
