Click to See Complete Forum and Search --> : DLL file????
I just downloaded from the C/NET web site a diagnostic to check my computer's Y2K compliance and evry time I try to start it I get an error message "Required DLL file missing. MSVCIRT.DLL cannot be found" As I understand many DLL files are often shared by different programs and files yet this DLL file missing has not seemed to affect anything else on my system. Short of a full re-load/restore of my OS is there any way to restore/re-load this DLL file?

You nailed it, Randy! http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif (Man, I dropped the ball on that one. http://www.sysopt.com/forum/redface.gif )
Anyway, my file reads vers 6.00.8168.0, so if that is needed, feel free to shoot me an email.
Randy,
Once again, thank you, you pulled my fat out of the fire!!! I was able to run the diagnostics and get my trash up to snuff! If it weren't for you supplying that DLL file I would've been hosed!!! Thanks again!!! If you're ever in NC look me up - you've got a guaranteed drunk coming!!! I at least owe ya a case! Anyway, once again thanks to you Randy for sending that DLL file to me!!!
