I recently purchased an OEM Microsoft Internet Keyboard and can't get the Internet hotkeys to work. The documentation I find says to go to "keyboard" in Control Panel and set hotkeys there. However, when I try that, I have no hotkey options. The keyboard is installed as "Std. 101/102 key or MS Natural". I can't find any drivers specifically for the Internet Keyboard.

Hey Rob
You should have received a CD with the keyboard with MS IntelliType Pro keyboard
software on it. This will allow you to configure your hotkeys.

Can't find the cd and haven't heard back from my retailer. I have searched the Internet, but cannot seem to find the Intellitype software. Any suggestions?

Probably the easiest (and fastest way) is to return the keyboard if the retailer won't give you the software..I checked mine and it is over 20 megs..pretty hard to send

OEM = no cd ( or anything else for that matter http://www.sysopt.com/forum/frown.gif )... hrm I bet you can find the needed program for enabling shortcut keys on that keyboard on MS site.
I did a search but alas.. I don't know the name of the software they use. If you find the name just do a search for it @ ms' site. http://www.sysopt.com/forum/biggrin.gif

The software is IntelliType Pro...and OEM or not..the keyboard will not function as advertised without it...and no.. there is no download for it at the MS site
