Netscape took over Website Garage in August. Since then I have been unable to login to see my statistics. I have gotten new/user name/password,3 times. Every time I click thru login page it goes to session timed out. I did everything WSG suggested like delete temp. int. files, history, defrag disc. I signed up for AOL and it does same thing. My wife's laptop at home was able to login. I think their cookie did something. Netscape suggested something is looping, I redid dial up protocol. I did reclean and no files were deleted around that time in August. 4 months and no service. If file is corrupted does anyone have a clue which one I should be looking for?

I'm not sure of a solution to your problem, but I knows how to delete cookies.
Two ways.
1. Clear your cache and choose delete all content info (or something like that, may be dependent upon browser).
2. Cookies generally reside in a cookie folder. Cookies generally are named UserName@url.txt (may have IP address instead of URL). Find this folder, then find the cookie for the url you desire and delete (wait! rename or copy file, then delete) the cookie.
See if this solves problem. If it causes more problems rename or copy cookie back, though it shouldn't matter.
The cookie will be generated the next time you visit the site.
