Problems with a K7 500

i got a K7 500 and MSI M/B and i had some problems with it at first but i thought i got them all straight.. and all drivers installed for the AMD chipsets (AGP IDE etc..)and it works fine except in games ... in Q3 it is only about 3-4 fps faster than my Celeron OC'd to 450 and in some parts of the game i get 4 FPS i have a Geforce DDR and in 3D mark 2000 on the cpu score i get 200 wereas my celeron got about 350 and my k6-2 400 gets about 600

can you help me?
